Private Parties

Please arrive on time. Parties will start and end promptly. Instructors are unable to prolong your party if members are late.
No spectators allowed, outside of the party members.
If you wish to bring outside food, we charge an additional $25 cleaning fee. Food is restricted to light snacks and/or finger foods and must be approved by our studio staff prior to the party. The $25 will be paid in cash directly to the instructor.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Guests are not allowed to participate if impaired. If you show up impaired your party will be canceled and you will forfeit your payment.
No shows and parties that are more than 15 min late for any reason will not be refunded or rescheduled, no exceptions.
Private Party Payment & Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. Once your party date and time have been finalized, you will receive an invoice. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Payment may be made via invoice, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal upon request. If the 50% deposit is not received within 24 hours, your reserved time will be released from the schedule, and you will be contacted to select a new date based on availability. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled party time. A reminder will be sent. The remaining balance must be paid using the same method as your deposit unless otherwise arranged. Failure to submit the remaining balance 48 hours prior to the event will result in cancellation of the party, and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled party will forfeit the deposit and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
